Risteri Wand Meditation
You can do a power meditation with your wand while connecting with the Otar and/or the gods or goddesses. The meditation is simple and consists of holding your wand in your dominant hand and connecting with the energy for as long as needed.
Magic is all about intention and using the right energy.

The ECSO was created on February 1, 2024, and is based in Gatineau, Quebec. It’s a Bigfoot Organization serving the entire Eastern half of Canada including the Atlantic coast, Maritime provinces, Quebec, Ontario, Manitoba and the Northern Nunangat territories.
The ECSO is the first and only bilingual Bigfoot organization, serving the French speaking populations of Quebec and francophone Canada.
The ECSO aims to document and post Bigfoot sighting reports in an organized way and promote awareness, tolerance and education regarding these elusive Hominids.

THE NEW EMERGENTUS AND NERAFTA 2023
There are important updates to Emergentus!. First off, there will no longer be levels; the grimoire is now rearranged into a single book. Emergentus still has maintained its spells, runes, symbols, amulets, alphabet, etc.
The content of Emergentus has
been divided and some of it is now found in Nerafta, which is a sister magic to
Emergentus. Nerafta is simpler with
little content and fewer word spells, which makes it ideal for beginners.
Both books will be posted soon in the groups, in English and Spanish.
